Why does the weather feel different⁠⁠

Why does the weather feel different in the spring and fall. I like to spend time in nature. That's why I notice the weather changes in different seasons. 10 degrees in the spring is nice and warm. The trees are blooming, the grass is growing and the birds are singing. In the fall it's a different situation. 10 degrees outside is really cold. I'm afraid I don't know the answer to that question.
